Prof. Leung can be a bit of a windbag but his notes are well constructed and easily understood. It would be nice if he uploaded those good notes to UW-ACE though.

Must go to class to get notes as he will not post them online. Not really fair as students know it's hard to go to 830 classes 3 times a week. He really knows his stuff though and the notes are very thorough.
