I LOVEE DAX hes one of the best profs i have had in psychology so far. i had him for psy100 and i did great and i then had him for psy220 and once again i did great. his teaching style is very easy, the course material is relevant to the text and the choice of his texts are very good for they are really interesting. I would definately recommend courses he teaches!

This course is surprisingly complicated. You sit in lectures and understand everything not thinking that this could ever be complex in any shape or form. The tests then come around, and you come to the harsh conclusion that somehow the course load is a little more complex than you once thought. Go to lectures and read the textbook and you should get the grade you deserve

This course is relatively easy interms of work load and time consumption compare to other second year courses. It is kind of like a first year course where everything is flat out on the textbook/powerpoints, no deep thought provoking tricky test questions. Not a lot of details covered but more broad range focused.

I took this course in Fall 2009, and since it was a 9 am course, I barely made it to any classes. I still came out with a decent mark because the prof doesn't stray far from the readings in the textbook. I basically only studied the textbook and the lecture notes she posted on BB. I found the textbook pretty interesting anyway so overall I quite enjoyed taking this course.
